My Projects in Commercial Interiors / Exteriors / Point of sale (POS) industry
Role: Project Manager — full-cycle delivery of commercial interiors, exteriors, furniture, and POS projects, +13 years.
Summary: 13 years managing full-cycle delivery of commercial interiors and POS rollouts for national and international brands — owning budget, schedule, key accounts, and outsourced production simultaneously across 15–20 concurrent projects.

Project Description
Some projects fail not from bad execution, but from treating delivery, sales, and procurement as three separate jobs when they're really one. On a multi-site commercial fit-out, the account relationship, the production/supplier chain, and the on-site delivery schedule all move together — a delay in one breaks the others.
Story Design Ukraine was the Kyiv-based daughter company of umdasch, an Austrian group known internationally as "The Store Makers" for shopfitting, general contracting, and retail store construction across construction, multistore, and premium retail solutions. Story Design delivered full-cycle production and service for commercial interiors, exteriors, furniture, and POS — for both domestic Ukrainian clients and international rollout programs.
Over 13 years at Story Design, I held combined responsibility for Project Management, Key Account Management, B2B Sales, and Procurement — running 3–4 complex long-term projects alongside 10–15 standard projects at any given time, while also owning the client relationship and the supplier chain behind each delivery.
